Carpet Cleaning
It took repeated phone calls on my part. Then at times, they would just show up. They sanded walls w/o putting drop cloths over furniture and fixtures - like a construction zone - and it took me hours to dust and vacuum up . That there should have been there responsibility. Floor was laid not according to directions and had to be relaid. final product was very good, but I had had to follow through on details and errors way too much.
