Our oven and burners would not ignite. As it was after hours on a weekend, we left messages for a service request. An appointment was made for 7-10 a.m. on Friday, 10/12/18 with them agreeing to call beforehand. Prior to the appointment, they left a message politely asking if our service time could be moved back to 12 noon or a bit later on the day scheduled. We talked to Cris and okayed it, reviewing what happened before the stove stopped working. 12 noon came, then later and so my husband called for the service status. There was a minor mix-up on their end, however, Cris called when he was on his way and was there quickly. My husband said he had no problem moving the stove out and checking all the connections. We were thinking the igniter went out but it actually was a buildup of grease, etc. on the plug. Cris cleaned it, fired up the oven and burners and checked that everything was working. The whole process took less than an hour and the stove works better than it has in weeks. Thank you Cris!

We'd had 1 repairman out for our dryer previously but he didn't get the job done.  We decided to try for a repair once more before buying another one.  Our friends recommended Mario's Appliance Services and we're so glad we followed up on it!  Chris was friendly as he greeted us at the end of a long day for him.  After a brief consultation about the dryer and ice maker, Chris scheduled an appointment with my husband for the next day and promised to call before he came.  He did call beforehand and was there right on time.  Chris wasted no time in pulling out the dryer, getting behind it and pulling out a meter to check connections/feeds.  Very impressive for us as the former repairman did neither.  Chris knew exactly what to look for, made the repair and had everything back in place in 30 minutes!  Then he checked out our refrigerator freezer ice maker.  He looked at the water line, etc. and all was well there but said the ice maker itself had plastic parts that wear out.  He said he'd order a new one and scheduled the replacement in 2 days.  When Chris came back, he pulled the old ice maker out and showed my husband where it was worn.  He put the new one in and was done, again, in a half hour.  The new ice maker produced ice within a short time after Chris left.
