JOHN WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. HE WAS RESPONSIVE TO PHONE CALLS, EVEN RETURNED MY CALL FROM A VACATION! AND SCHEDULED THE WORK TIMELY. HIS PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE AND HE WORKED HARD TO GET EVERYTHING DONE IN ONE DAY. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AND WAS POLITE. I RECOMMEND HIM AND WOULD DEFINITELY CALL HIM FIRST FOR ANY FUTURE WORK OF THIS KIND.
