Work was ultimately completed to our satisfaction, but we had to follow up several times to get the job done right. Hector came out to our home to measure the windows first. He was friendly, professional and responsive to our call. After Hector submitted our measurements, we received a follow-up call from the manufacturer because Hector's measurements were incomplete, so we had to take an additional measurement of the depth of the window sill. Hector came to our home a few weeks later to install the windows and his team worked quickly to install the windows. Unfortunately, they did not put all of the screws into the windows and did not caulk the windows (as the manufacturer indicated should be done). We called Hector to remedy the situation and he was more than willing to come back and correct the error. We made an appointment for a follow-up visit and his team corrected the windows to our satisfaction.
