It worked out okay, but was expensive. It was kind of a surprise because we just wanted to have one area of the roof fixed, but instead we had to replace the entire roof and skylight.

They gave me the lowest estimate and I went with them. They gave me a price and I signed the papers and got financing. They came, took half my roof off and said we didn't know we are going to have to do the extra work underneath there and it's going to be extra $2500. I asked them why didn't they say this before and they said we can just leave if you like. I could see the sky through my roof and that was their option. Therefore, I had no other option but to use them and pay the extra $2500. I would never use them again and never recommend them.
