I signed a contract in May and it took them until Aug to finally do the work. They told me to call them in 2 years to have it cleaned and sealed. I called them in Mar of this year to come out to clean, seal and repair the work. Chunks of the overlay are now coming out. As of now, which is Oct., they still have not come out to do the work. I have called all summer to no avail. Once I finally got to talk with someone, I was told it was too rainy and once I was told they were not working in my area.

They were supposed to put an epoxy coating on both my driveway and garage floor. I signed a contract and put down a 50% deposit. The contract says work will begin within 30 days. It has been 33 days and no work has begun. I've called the company twice. The first time they would not state that work would begin within any time frame. I called again today, now that they are in breach of the contract and asked that either 1) I get a start date by the end of business today or 2) a full refund since they are in breach of the contract. The people there stated they were unaware of any time limit in the contract. Since it is quite plainly right under the total cost on the contract form, I don't really know what to say. As things stand, I have no idea how this will turn out, but I feel extremely bad about this whole thing, and wish I had never dealt with this company.

"OUR COMPANY STARTED THE WORK AS PROMISED IN OUR PHONE CONVERSATION WITH THE MEMBER AND COMPLETED THE GARAGE PORTION AS PROMISED. WE THEN ADJUSTED OUR SCHEDULE FOR THE DRIVEWAY RESURFACING TO ALLOW THE LANDSCAPERS TO COMPLETE THEIR PORTION BECAUSE WE HAD BOTH BEEN SCHEDULED FOR THE SAME AREA. WE STARTED THE DRIVEWAY ON THE AGREED DATE AND WHEN IT GOT RAINED ON AND DAMAGED, WITHOUT ANY REQUEST FROM THE CUSTOMER WE REMOVED THE ENTIRE SURFACE AND PERFORMED THE APPLICATION ALL OVER AGAIN BECAUSE WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT. WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETED WE WHERE TOLD THAT IT LOOKED GREAT, IN FACT WE HAVE RECEIVED OTHER REQUESTS FOR ESTIMATES BASED ON THIS INSTALLATION. I AM QUITE SURPRISED THAT THIS WAS POSTED BECAUSE AFTER EXPLAINING OUR DELAY IN STARTING THE PROJECT AND AGREEING ON A START DATE I NEVER HEARD OF ONE COMPLAINT FROM THE MEMBER. WE PRIDE OUR SELVES IN THE WORK THAT PERFORM AND ALWAYS STRIVE TO HAVE A COMPLETELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER."
