Very inconsistent schedule.  Holes (nail) not filled before painting.  Both kitchen and bathroom plumbing leaded.  Very poor paint job.  Missed many areas.

A job that was supposed to cost $12,000 ended up costing $31,000.  Over the years I've been more and more disappointed in the work, but last week when the live electrical wires were found that pushed my button and thus this post.  It is one thing to do sloppy work, it is another thing to threaten the lives of people, their pets, and their home.

Clarification....my husband wanted me to clairfy that all "ceiling" sheetrock cracked not side wall seems.  I would also like to add something I had forgotten.  The handrail for our stairway was positioned on the wall to where one has to bend down and lean forward at the top of the stairs to grab it.  Then as you go down the stairs, the hand rail goes up, and by the time you are at the bottom of the steps, the handrail is more at waist to lower chest level.
