Ralph came out on-time for the estimate, explained the process, paid attention to what I needed done, took measurements, and within a week or so, he emailed me a .pdf landscape design and proposal.  He says he is not good with technology, but he does very well.  The landscape design was a 2D computer rendering on paper and .PDF.  He included a CD with pictures of plants so I knew what I was getting.  He made an itemized list that allowed me to easily remove items I didn't want.  He kept me informed about when they would be able to come out and do the job via phone and email.  They used wheel barrows instead of a skid steer to avoid damaging my lawn.  I believe the work only took 3 days to complete the work.  I called them about a small area they missed, and they came out and finished the next day.  A year and a half later, the landscaping looks great, only requires occasion weeding.  Ralph is very professional and a pleasure to work with.
