Logan Construction Company Inc. employes 2-5 carpenters and general labor depending on the time of the year and workload. LCCI sub-contracts to qualified plumbers and electricians along with other trades to complete projects. Our billing procedure for larger projects is usually done on a payment schedule (reach a point of completion, payment is due) that client and LCCI both agree. Our smaller projects are billed monthly.
