Description of Work: Tried to use this company to refinance a house. Wanted to use a 203k Loan to improve the home with the refinance. Although we were assured that the lender was familiar with and understood the process for qualifying for this type of loan, ultimately we jumped through hoops for five months getting everything coordinated just so we could be abruptly dumped without our loan and without any really good explanations for the epic foul up. Throughout the process, we were consistently assured by the lender that everything was fine, we were eligible and qualified for the loan until the very last minute, then it was suddenly oops - sorry - he forgot to mention a little deal-breaking detail that nullified the entire process. Wasted months of our time with unnecessary delays that cost thousands in attorneys fees and nearly lost us our home. Then, they had the nerve to refuse to refund the full cost of our appraisal. That refund was part of the agreement if the loan could not be completed by LeaderOne, but could be completed by another lender. We switched to another lender who completed our loan in less than 30 days. We needed to threaten legal action and wait almost two months more to get a refund for services they ultimately did not provide. Nice. Grateful that in the end we switched - would not recommend this company to anyone. Ever.
