He was very thorough. He took the time to explain everything to us while we were on the property & even show us things that could be issues. We're new at this so it was very helpful. He was very friendly. It was the second time we met with him because the first time there was no power or water on - He was very understanding about this & simply said that we should reschedule. He was very good.
