In brief, you should know the following about us: our company was established in 2005 and had been responsible for providing outstanding products and service ever since. Our specialty is in the area of garage doors and openers. We also are able to repair most types of doors and openers. Our regular customers particularly value our honest approach and expert advise. Our business is located in the Beverly Area, however we do service the majority of Chicagoland.

Everything went well, The two installers arrived early, and quickly took care of business. They took down the old garage door, and took it with them. They installed the new garage door, and hooked it up to the existing opener. John came by on Saturday to make sure everything went well, and to program our car to door opener.

Aug-Sept 2017. John was responsive, straightforward and creative in fitting new steel doors to the non-standard door frames on the garage. There were some minor structural issues with the garage that showed up after installation of the main door, but John came back and promptly addressed these. John's dog, Einstein, was an affable and diligent supervisor. Price was lower than other quotes.

Beverly Garage Doors technician, John, previously installed a garage door opener and new springs for the garage door on our house. Recently we noticed that one side of the garage door wasn’t closing completely. John came back to our house, inspected the issue (one of the garage door cables wasn’t working properly), and fixed it. This service call was covered by the Beverly Garage Doors warranty which John honored. John, the garage door technician was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We highly recommend Beverly Garage Doors.

In June 2017 John installed two new garage door springs and related parts on the garage door at our home. He provided us with a 2-year warranty on parts & labor. In April 2018 we noticed that one side of the garage door wasn’t closing completely. We called John and he came back to our house and diagnosed the problem (cable slipped), fixed it, and didn’t charge us (because this particular problem was covered by his warranty). Our experience with John (Beverly Garage Doors) has been consistently positive and we highly recommend him for garage door related products and service.

Despite my kind of Frankenstein garage (newer door on very old tracks), he was able to make the system run smoothly (and quietly). He gave me the heads up that at some point the very old tracks will probably fail, and provided a reasonable estimate for upgrading when it’s necessary. He was responsive and on time and professional—I will hire him again when my tracks fail (which, you know, I’m hoping won’t be for awhile).
