The communication is bad because they have a crew that doesn't understand English. They do a good job. They don't charge as much as other lawn services. Every year I have to leave 5 messages so there communication is very bad. Their billing is never timely. They do a nice job. If you don't have a lot of money they are great to use and if you are persistent, you get exactly what you want.

Diaz returned weekly to maintain the lawn.  They blew out the leaves and edged the sidewalks.  They were prompt and professional.

the work crew came out and did the work in about a hour and left. I had to call the office to find out how to pay and the boss came out to get the check.

They tried to save my lawn from lack of rain and excess heat here in Chicago and it came out beautifully. They did quite a bit and did it at different times. It was an excellent service. They were here when they said, they got it done when they estimated it to be done, and it was what they quoted, which was kind of exiting to pay what you are told you are going to be charged. They were here on a timely basis. They did extra work for me without an additional charge. I would use them again. I had three or four other people come out and do quotes and by far, their price was the best. I am very pleased with their work. They were here quickly to do the work but they had to hold off a little bit because of the weather here. They came back a couple of times to make sure I was watering properly and checked the seeds for the grass. So they were interested enough to stop by a couple of times and check things out and give me some tips on how to handle it this year.

They show up each week on time. Raul oversees the men to see that everything is done properly. The men all seem to be very capable and they do a good job. You can count on them to show up on a regular basis. We have used their services for more than 7 years.

This is a family of brothers working together. From the work to the bookkeeping, they do a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Diaz Landscaping did hardscaping and landscaping at our home. The front walk of our house was cracked and uneven. They dug up the concrete in the front of our home and created a retaining wall and then laid brick unilock pavers. He rebuilt all the flower beds, laid nice pavers along them and completely replanted all the landscaping in there including putting in new plants. He installed an inground professional lighting system. He also redid our plumbing in that area, he reconnected our plumbing to the sewage system so it would drain off properly. This was a big job that took 5 days to complete.

He did a good job. We had an awesome experience with Diaz Landscaping, they far and above exceeded our expectations. We picked this company due to their high rating and reviews on Angie's List.

The workers were very courteous and very neat. I did not have to stand over them for them to do their jobs. When they were finished, they asked me to review their work. I was very pleased.
