Tri Star Heating & Air Conditioning

I have used Jimmie of Tri Star Heating & Air Conditioning multiple times. We had an old air conditioning unit at our old house and the fins were bent in which I didn't know causes major malfunction, Jimmie explained it to me and said that he would clean it every year for me and said it would be expensive to get a brand new unit. He told me that when I was ready to get a new one, I should give him a call and when I called him, he got a brand new unit and installed it. He didn't charge me for the cleaning for 2 years. He explained everything to us after inspecting our new house and he checked every system. He came out after our flooding and explained about the new laws that come out after the 1st of March. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and he comes out within a day or two. He is exceptionally reasonable, he didn't charge me for 2 years of cleaning and he was just trying to keep it going so that I could avoid having the cost of buying a new one.
