Paul was excellent to work with. He promptly arrived and gave the estimate and completed the work. Paul was very knowledgeable and fair with his price. I would definitely purchase future flags and have all three flag poles on my property maintained by Paul and his company.

Excellent job, no worries...paid by credit card over phone and as their scheduling , installed the post and mailbox. Did not have to be home and did a great job. Would highly recommend them!

Mailbox order was placed early 05/2015. Had problems with the on-line ordering and ended up leaving a message for someone to call me. Several days later received a call and placed the order. Was told it would be about 6 weeks. No contact, until I called for status to make sure I was getting the install during the 6th week. Several days passed and received an email stating there was a delay. After my follow-up weeks later, i learned there was a strike at the dock. No news whether my mailbox was on the boat. Several more weeks passed. No communication. Out of the blue one day in late July, their truck shows up and my mailbox was installed. For the price - the work was well done, but the communication was poor.

I first gat my mailbox and post form Mail Box Shope & Flag Company after my first one was destroyed by a snow plow in the winter of 2012. I ordered a nice customized one that was oversized and in short I love it. The new mail box was run over buy a hit and run driver. I took the box and post to the folks at Mail Box Shope. to see if it could be repaired and reinstaled. They not only did it but, you'ld never know it had ever been damaged.
I both cases the had a temporary mail box out promtly but the pemanant one was instaled ASAP. The first time as soon as the ground thawed enough for them to dig the post. The secong time with in Two weeks
These folks are great First rate service & products, They are friendly and the customer service is outstanding and the instalation is solid. I would never use anyone else for this kind of thing and would never hesitate to recomend them.

The staff was very pleasant to deal with and the process was smooth. The only reason for a slight "less than excellent" was that it took longer than promised.

They promptly installed a temporary post and box then when new box came in they installed it. They secured necessary permits. After I placed the order, I never needed to contact them, they just did the job and very well. Very professional.

After brief confusion about showing up on a Friday, the worker appeared on Sat. morning, and was finished in less than an hour. He mixed the concrete, dug the hole and installed the post and box itself. High quality parts, he even added the address numbers on the box. Good job.
