 + -1 moreI paid him half up front for materials and delivery and I was going to pay him the rest upon completion. He cashed the check the day after I wrote it. It has been 3 months since then and he has yet to come out to do any work and I have not received any materials. I've made several calls to him and he keeps telling me he is coming right out, but he never shows up. At this point he's not even returning my calls.
Description of Work: I hired him to create a little brick walkway that would snake around my existing walkway and to create a small brick patio pad.
