 + -1 moreMy wife and I made a clerical error. When we noticed it the next day we immediately called Planet Earth. Donna called back and requested a cash payment. We pulled the cash and paid Joe in person the next day. Donna then tried to cash our check not once but three more times after she received payment. When I called her to resolve the issue, she denied it and hung up on me. Avoid this service!!!
Description of Work: Good Lawncare. Horrible customer service. Joe is a good man but Donna is a terrible person to do business with.
