MR STEAM CARPET CLEANERS

They did a good job.

Called on 11/18/08 to get an estimate. The estimate was $325.00. I said that was fine and set an appointment for 12/2/08. On 12/8/08, he arrived on time. He looked over the rooms to be cleaned. He had not figured the stairs in his estimate, but some of the rooms were smaller than had been figured in the original estimate so it worked out in my favor - $285.00 vs the $325.00 estimate. He proceeded to clean the rooms and did an excellent job! I paid him and he was on his way.

Dan arrived on time and began examining the rooms and carpet types right away. We had removed most of the furniture from the rooms, and Dan indicated that the remainder would be moved and placed on styrofoam blocks during the cleaning. He explained the process and then began. He was very thorough, careful and considerate. His process involved pre-cleaning with some sprays, then vacuuming, then steam cleaning. He was able to remove every stain except the bleach marks, which is quite understandable. Some of those stains were over a year old! We were very impressed with the quality of his work, and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Dan gave a two hour window for arrival time came, arrived early in time period. Cleaned the carpet, then set up the fans (on his own) that I had ready to set up.
