Installed a condensate pump, but it never worked, and now they refuse to even look at it and it’s dumping water in our basement. Says they’ll call you back but they don’t and then they ignore your calls, Very shady.

The condo management tried to steer me to one particular vendor, but I knew Loud Brothers was good and I trusted them. Then, the condo management gave me a liability scare sheet telling me I'd have to be responsible for this and that and the next thing if there was any damage caused to the roof (where my A.C. unit is) by my contractor. I showed it to Dan and it didn't phase him at all. He did a fine job, right on time and efficient as usual. Their prices aren't anything special, but not out of line, either.
