Darrel was prompt in coming over and giving us an estimate. We have a home business and he was willing to work his schedule to accomodate us and not disrupt our business. He obviously loves working with wood and told us exactly how the floor would look when it was done. He walked the floors and pointed out all problems that needed to be addressed. Warned us about the dust and made suggestions about covering the furniture and removing items from the rooms to be sanded. He came over on Thursday night and removed all the moldings so the crew could begin immediately at 8 AM on Friday. Our employees worked from home on Friday. On Monday, he came over the lunch hour to replace all the moldings and inspect the floor so that there was no noise to impact our business. The whole process was as painless as was possible. We think the floor probably looks better than when it was installed--old sanding marks were eliminated and they filled some separations, which was more than we expected. Appreciated his advice about not moving the heavy furniture in for at least 2 weeks and allowing the floor time "to cure".
