Description of Work: HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. ZERO PROFESIONALISM. Charged $2000 extra on $5000 job because there were things "that were in the original contract." This job was to finish a bathroom that was down to studs, paint/caulk trim, and finish a laudary room (drop ceiling and tile). There were no suprises with this job. All work to be done could be visualized. No walls were opened up to find additional work. Casey, the VP, made everything sound good and presented the company as high quality and professional. Definitely NOT the case. Painting aspect of the project was done terribly. Had to pay another professional $300 to fix painting and caulking (on top of the $2000 in extra charges). Casey VP admitted some of the craftsmanship was wrong but still never made arrangements to fix. Allowed his sub-contracted mason to add stone veneer around a fire place mantel that was hung too low creating a FIRE/SAFETY HAZARD and of course, refuses to fix. Then Laura, the President of the company gets involved. She refuses to provide a number to call to discuss like any professional company would. Instead she would only respond about every 3 weeks via email. I made several requests and attempts to find a resolution, but Laura refused to render any commiciation. Due to not responding, not repairing warrantied work, and conducting themselves in a professional manner, I filed a complaint with the BBB. They responded about every 2 weeks for a while and the stopped leaving the complaint unresolved and closed by the BBB. This nightmare took about 3 months to unfold and in the end I was left with poor craftsmanship, a HORRIBLE company/personnel to deal with and paying other contractors to correct work. This is all after the company was paid in full under protest. You will be have to sign a form allowing for LEIN to be placed in your home if the company is not paid.
