Roof tear down and replacement was great. Victor and team braved 20 degree temperatures to get it done for us quickly (before major snows). They are competitively priced and very responsive and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company.

No one wants to replace the roof, but KM Construction made it a worry-free experience. They were very communicative and responded quickly if I had any questions. They were out to the house several times before the project started making sure we had every issue covered, flashing color picked out, etc. They arrived on time (job took about 4 days) and cleaned up well at the end of each day. A ceiling fan came crashing down during the project, and even though that really wasn't their fault (wrong installation was the problem), they provided us with a credit. Overall a very good experience. We picked KM Construction because of their strong reviews on Angie's List and we were not disappointed. (Price was $19,570 for the roof, $8600 for 4 skylights and some extra for plywood that was needed)

Great, our house looks amazing and the company was wonderful to work with. They were very professional and so friendly, my children were sad when the work was done because they loved when the owner of the company would come check on the work being done and visit with us. I highly recommend this company, we couldn't possibly be happier with the outcome.

KM was the most prompt in responding to me (some contractors never even got back to me). The owner personally came for the estimate and was very prompt, very professional. I dealt and communicated with the owners son who again answered all my questions, and was very good to work and communicate with. On "game day" they came and did the job very well, cleaned up very well, answered all my questions and addressed them all to my satisfaction. They were professional and the roof just looked really really nice. I was attracted to KM because they hand nail the shingles. I would hire them again as overall it was a very very good experience. Lastly, it did not cost (in my opinion) that much more for architectual shingles so we decided to go with those and they look great and I feel more comfortable as they actually last longer. I just want to thank KM again for all that they did for me and my wife.

We called KM Construction because we read their reviews from other customers. We were not disappointed. From the beginning KM scheduled a roof and gutter inspection. They were honest and thorough. They found our roof to be in good shape and just gave us a quote for the gutters. Job was completed on time and we recommend them. Will do business again when the roof needs to be replaced.

They were awesome. They even hand nailed the entire roof. They were always super quick with response to emails and phone calls. They also put in a skylight for me and were very fastidious with their work. The place was spotless after they finished the job, you would never have known anyone was here. This was an insurance job, and they worked with me on the price.

It was more than a day's work, so they had to come back a second day. They cleaned up pretty well after themselves. They did exactly what they said they would do and the roof hasn't leaked at all.

We had a roof that was 20 years old. Their quote was mid-range or a little bit lower than the other 5 quotes I received. The new roof they installed came with a transferable warranty that will go to the next home owner. A lot of other places didn’t have that service so it was something that made me want to work with them. He answered all of my questions and was very friendly. As they were doing the work, they had a guy just basically just cleaning up the work surrounding so the neighbors didn't get any debris into their yard.  It was a fantastic service. They went through the yard to check for any fallen nails and double checked the finished work. They were a pleasure to deal with.
