Jon was amazing to work with! I did not make communication easy (his emails were going to my spam account and I kept missing them and taking so long to respond to him) but Jon was highly responsive, flexible, and punctual. He offered to come to our house in the early AM so he could complete the work inside the house prior to us leaving for work for the day so neither my husband nor I had to take a day off to complete this project. He also sent us the elevation certificate in a VERY TIMELY manner. And the price was great, especially because we paired up with our neighbor to get the certificate done on the same day. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I highly recommend Jon to others!

Jonathan was outstandingly professional. He was accommodating with his schedule and came on the day we agreed on. We have a 3 acre property and he went much beyond our expectations to survey each corner, including a dense tree area that was filled with water and mud. Our lot line drifted into our neighbors yard which we didn t even know about after living there for 7 years. He even went to that neighbors door to explain what he was doing and the reasons the markers were in their yard. My neighbor told me he really appreciated that Jonathan took the time to explain what was going on. We would highly recommend him.
