Eric Dowd is extremely professional and courteous. He is one of the rare mortgage brokers who seems to remember how important customer service is to the overall experience. He works hard to put the best deal together at the lowest cost. Having been a Realtor I know many of the tricks and was able to tell that when it came time to finalize the paperwork that everything was exactly as Eric had promised.
