In order to provide the best overall service we may rely on our relationship with other highly qualified individuals. All service is always approved by the client before work begins and changed to the schedule will be discussed before implemented. We offer a FREE one hour on-site consultation to discuss your IT needs and develop a plan before starting any project. Of course if you need someone to show up and start fixing your issues we can accommodate that also. Work may be done on a contractual basis or on an as-needed basis, whichever works best for your business. Standard office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday and by appointment on Saturday. We also understand that many business will need service after-hours and can accommodate night and weekend hours as needed. We are currently offering service to residential clients also. We provide general computer repair services including hardware maintenance, virus removal, hardware & software upgrades, high-speed wireless internet, home networking, and more. We will provide these services on-site or provide pick-up and drip-off service if the residence is within 10 miles of McHenry, IL, otherwise we offer the service for an additional $15 to $25 depending on the location. Business clients will not typically incur a travel fee. First time clients who mention Angie's list will receive a 5% discount on their first invoice.
