 + -1 moreBased on the lack of response, obviously, it didn't go well. Congratulations on not needing any new customers - you're clearly the exception to the rule in this economy. My search for a competent, responsive furniture repair specialist continues. I'll never contact this company again.
Description of Work: Emailed this business to request a call back. New puppy chewed a corner of our brand new solid wood coffee table and sent a picture of the damaged piece to give them an idea of the scope of the problem. No response was received, not even an acknowledgement of my email or a "hey, sorry - we can't fix this".
