They throw the phone in for free because it does not cost them anything anymore. It costs me $180 monthly -- it is crazy. Their customer service is not great. If we had another choice we probably would use it, but they have the fastest internet so we are stuck with it because we have four internet users in the house. It feels like a complete monopoly. It feels overpriced. I am not trying to be mean, but they gouge you on their services. They are slow. They show up, generally, when they say they are going to.
