I spoke to Sam Calandra from the company and he came right away. It was a prompt service. It was within an hour of my making a call, which was wonderful because I was kind of freaked out as I was having an animal in my chimney. He was very professional. He had a live trap. I did tell him that he could release it on the property and he said that was probably not an idea and that it might come back. He took it away. He was here for 15-20 minutes, got the job done, I grateful wrote the check and off he went. It was a great experience. This was an A plus experience.
