The job appeared to have gone well until winter came and the snow blankets created settling. There was still puddling in the same spot we asked them to fix and after reaching out to them, the owner Patrick decided that they are not responsible and we need to pay out of pocket to fix the issue. Bare in mind we already shelled out over $2000 to get this work done, yet the goal was not accomplished and we're held responsible. Will not be using them again and advise others to weigh your options carefully.

Patrick and his team installed new sod in my backyard. After the install the sod looked great! There were some dead patches of sod that did not come back the next spring. Patrick went above and beyond and had his crew come back and replace the dead patches of sod even though per the contract they do not warranty sod. This is going above and beyond! I would highly recommend Patrick and Revive Your Lawn.

Very Well. The two men were kind, professional and did a good job. Their Supervisor, Frank, called me several times to be sure things were going well and with information. He was Super to deal with. I would definitely recommend this Company.

They were done within the time slot that they promised. They cleaned up after themselves. They explained how to work the trim lights to the best of their knowledge. The trim for the lights matched my trim perfectly.

Please be careful when using this company. They billed me for services they claimed were done when it was clearly obvious to me that it was not (i.e. aeration and power raking). If you're going to hire them, just make sure you're there to see that they actually complete the work. I will never use their services again or recommend them to anyone. Especially since when I spoke with them about my concerns, they were very rude and condescending towards me.

Management is professional. Workers are friendly and they clean up after themselves. I received lower prices but feel I am getting better service from Revive Your Lawn, so overall this was the better value.

The spring clean up price was roughly $100. the power raking was $210, which is way over priced.

This is my second year to use this company and I am glad I found them. They care about the property they are working on, clean up and all the employees are respectful. Thing I also like is they watch the weather and do not mow if it is raining. we have also had them do bush trimming and was pleased with the service.

There's a lot of miscommunication, but in the end, we sat down with the owner and were able to work things out.
The owner made a personal visit to review the bill in detail, which uncovered the perceived discrepancies. He handled it very professionally and amicably.
This is a young, creative firm, and will continue to grow because the owner has a vision for his business.
