We never have to worry about the care and/or service given by Dr. Quinton. He has always made his expertise and services available whenever needed for our Jack Russell. Even After Hours!

He's not my major vet because he moved out of the area. I use someone else who is in my area but I have used him when I have had emergencies. I recommend him to people. He goes above and beyond. He always makes himself available. He doesn't overcharge but he probably charges what most veterinarians charge; he's reasonable. I feel guilty that I don't use him on a full time basis. He is so accessible. He's an animal vet; he also does large animals. I back him 110%.

Dr. Quinton scheduled an appointment the day I called to discuss my dog's problem. He is a caring vet who has compassion for animals.

This is not the first time that I’ve used this service provider; I’ve used it several times in the past. I became aware of this provider after taking a family friends pet to this provider during an emergency. I was extremely satisfied with the price and the quality of the service that I have been using this provider ever since. But on this particular day I had noticed that my cat was not eating or drinking and was just sleeping all day long. I called this provider to schedule an appointment for the cat to be seen. Since the provider was out on a call (he services farm animals as well), I was referred by his office answering machine to call his cell phone. I called and set up an appointment for later that afternoon. I arrived a little early but that was no problem. I took the cat into the exam room and was promptly seen by Dr. Quinton. He checked the cat’s temperature and began a hands on examination of the cat while I listed the cat’s symptoms to him. He came to the conclusion that the cat had an infection and was “run down”. He decided to give the cat a shot of iron to boost the iron levels in the cat’s blood. He then gave me a bottle of amoxicillin to cure the infection. He as well gave me a tube of nutria-cal paste to administer to the cat to boost his immune system and compensate for the cats lack of eating. He then wrote out a bill for the services provided and prescriptions. The bill came to $120. $40 was for the office visit and the remaining $80 was for the prescriptions as well as the iron shot. If this had been the first time I had used a service like this I would have found that to be expensive, but my old veterinarian would have charged $350 just to see the cat and god only knows how much for expensive tests and prescriptions. I would have looked to pay about $500 at my old veterinarian. So I wrote the check for $120 and asked Dr. Quinton if he would be willing to defer cashing it for two days till my next payday. He was more than willing to do so and I left to bring the cat home and begin treatment. Then within 48 hours my cat was back to eating and was getting better rapidly. I would highly suggest the use of this provider to anyone. I know I will continue to use this provider whenever I need this type of service.
