This was the worse buying experience I have ever had in my life, I am not simply stating as someone that is upset but taking the time to post this because I have never gone through such a horrible experience in my life. What we where promised what we got and the 5 months to get things straightened out is unacceptable and was a nightmare. We jumped through the hoops not them, we had to track down to get answers and help, the customer service is unacceptable, We bought a car that had been damaged on the lot they promised us it would be fixed the next week. It took months of never hearing back before they did after I had to threaten to bring the car back, then they had the car for over 3 weeks only to bring it back and not have everything fixed. I spent months calling them trying to find one person that would be willing to help with there broken promises only to be given an endless run around and call backs i never got. The even crappier part is the car still is not fixed but I finally gave up as im sure they had hoped I would. Maybe instead of them spending so much money on Ignorant commercials they should invest some money on customer training. If anyone is thinking about buying from this place I urge you do yourself a favor please go somewhere else and if you do make the mistake of buying get everything in writing, and then have fun having them honor it.

Since the day my wife bought the 2008 Chevy HHR from Pilson's they have always and without fail treated us with great professionalism and kindness. Being basically broke folks who just barely get by from one check to the next and not big spenders it is so appreciated when a business goes out of their way to give you help.
We were on the way to take her to Eastern for a final and noticed our headlights were not working. It would be dark in an hour or so! Dropped her off at Eastern and went to Pilson's hoping it could be taken into the shop and we could maybe get a loaner so I could go back and pick her up. Was prepared to just take the car to Walmart and wait for her to come out of the test, find me not there and figure out to take the bus to Walmart. No cell phone ya see? Thinking at least she can get to Walmart and we will hope and pray on the way to our home in the country that we don't hit anything in the dark. Then take the car back to the shop the next day when the sun was out.
But, the Pilson crew got the car in and assessed and an estimate ready before the sun went down, not to mention pulling a loaner out of a hat and sending me off safe and sound in just the right timing to pick her up having just finished the final!

The diagnosis was a bit difficult and involved getting help from a GM dealer, which they arranged and handled. The solution had evaded other mechanics, but this solution has worked for months now. All good.

I like knowing that when I take my car car in Pilsons will have the correct materials to complete the job. There are so many times that I have taken my car to other quick lube places only to find out they don t have the oil I need in stock. Never a worry at Pilsons though. Customer service is great too.

. The service they performed was done well and promptly. The problem was they insisted that my battery on my 2006 Ford Escape was bad and needed immediate replacement, and quoted a (high) price for a new battery. I refrained, took vehicle to another battery dealer and was advised that the battery was satisfactory. I continued using that battery without any problems for another 9 months and then changed it as a precaution. On the same date as above, this shop also informed me that the vehicle needed its 90,000 service, and gave me a quote on that for $1,100. The vehicle was running perfectly and I did not do this, and to this time (18 months later) I still do not have any problems, and am now having it serviced at another shop.
