Let me tell you the story ... it started in March 2017 I called Fallers to repair a busted awning. The motor quit working. I gave them my phone number and email address ... I left it in their hands. We returned in May to find nothing had been done! The part had not been order ... they said they needed paid for the part before they would order it ... we gave them a check on May 24, check for $1000 ( the part was $539) they cashed the check same day. A week after the part had not been ordered and the week after that ... they blamed "Craft Built", the manufacturer..Barb at "Craft Built" said that Faller needed to pay before they would ship, she said she would call Faller. June 4th no one from Faller ordered or paid for the part. Finally on the 16th of June the part was ordered and paid for. The part was delivered on the 19th, Ryan Faller said he but the part in the moment it came in. The day it came in, Ryan said he would be there at 8:00 AM to install it ... no phone calls, needless to say he didn't show. After a phone call he showed on Wednesday evening. Before purchasing from Faller, please check them out. Their location is rundown and filthy, their secretary is an incompetent family member ... works when and if she wants. They do not return phone calls or emails, Ryan's cell phone has not been set up to receive calls at all. We like dealing with locals rather than change stores but this place gives small down service a very large black eye!
