It went well. My son's circumcision was turned down by the insurance because his name had not been turned in after his birth by my husbands company. The women on the phone was fast and polite. She figured out the problem within minutes and even called the doctors office herself while I was on hold to have them resubmit it. My bill went from $850 to $17.50 within minutes.
