For the most recent transaction they gave me a quote promptly but when I phoned back a few weeks later to schedule the work, it took him several days to return my call (and multiple calls from me), and by the time we made contact the roofing work that I was attempting to prepare for had already been done. For the previous work they did for me, I was very happy. Initially, they came out the morning after a big ice storm and cleared branches from my driveway so I could get my car back in the garage, and when they cut down the rest of the tree and cleared more branches the following summer they were also prompt and efficient. Their prices were also very low compared to other companies that I contacted.
