I always go there and they've been working well with me. Usually I get a coupon but I didn't get a coupon this time. I think they should have volunteered to show me where the hole in the tire was but I had to ask them to show me where it was. They were good about showing me why that tire was having a problem.
Description of Work: I had an oil change and a tire repair.

It was fine. The guy repaired it and he was professional and I had no problems with that. They were actually early.
Description of Work: The only appliance I've had repaired was through Sears. I had my dish washer repaired about 5 years ago.

I decided to go with Sears tires because I travel a lot and figured that I could use their tire warranty anywhere in the country easily. When I noticed that one of my tires was on a flat, I took it to this Sears auto location to purchase a new one. I did call ahead to see if this location had a tire that met my needs and looked similiar to the other tires that they previously replaced. Once I arrived the waiting room was crowded, as usual. It did take a few hours for this tire to be replaced. To me I think that could have been done more quickly, but again they were crowded so I gave them a pass on that. Consistant with my other experiences at this location, they did a good job and had a courteous staff. Although I have onIy had tire sservice at this location, I would return again for tire and other repair services.
