Calvin was really great to work with! Answered any questions I had and even though this was all new to me took the time to make me feel good about moving forward. HE addressed things found in the house along with giving a recommendation on what to do as well. Was very thorough thought Out the whole house . Came a little early for the inspection and already found him there ready to go. He had the report of the inspection all ready to go the next day Even though it inspection was late evening.
