CENTURY TILE

I ordered Pergo Laminate through Century Tile. I purchased the tile and received a bill before the tile was delivered. After the tile was installed they had the wrong color of one of the back splash pieces. We went back and forth for about 3 months before my job was complete.Century Tile was not good about getting in contact with Pergo to get the problem resolved, we had to do it all ourselves.. That was alot of money to pay upfront for it to not be correct and to not have any assistance. They also did not offer any discounts for the inconvenience. The service was not good and I would not use Century Tile again.

They came out and measured three rooms and installed the tiles. They were fair. They gave us options and let us make our own decisions. They had provided a good product at a good price. Their service was also good, and it was a very positive experience.

I have no complaints. They arrived on time/early-2 men. They worked cleanly and neatly. Everything was immaculately done. I was home the entire time and they worked around me and were VERY considerate. They worked nonstop for about ten hours or until everything was complete. Of course I removed all breakables to the kitchen myself before they arrived. They also took the time to explain or ask if any communication was necessary during the procedure so you are completely satisfied. I felt perfectly comfortable with them in my home and highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.

They were very professional, pleasant and courteous and worked quickly. There were no problems. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I couldn't have been more pleased. There were several installers and they were ALL great, VERY conscientious and flexible. Even though I was present from beginning to end, I felt they would have done a great job even without me being there.

Sue Bleck assisted in finding the right tile for my own. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Everything went very smoothly. Mike Ropo was the installer. He did an excellent job. Sent two very polite and personable installers that did a great job.
