I called ADASA to request a free estimate for some electrical problems I was having in my house. Ardell Brown arrived the next morning at 9am to view the problems and he had an estimate ready for me the next day. I generally call and get at least 3-4 estimates but Ardell was so thorough during his review (testing all the circuits at the electrical panel, testing all the outlets and switches, etc.) during his review and his prices were very reasonable that I made an appointment for him to start the work the next day. He told me it would take a couple of days to complete everything.
He arrived promptly at 9am the next morning and started on the easier things first - replacing a couple of wall switches and adding a new outlet in the garage. Then he started on the harder items. After a power outage I had a wall outlet in the master bathroom, all lights in the main bathroom, the chandelier in the dining room, and the hood fan and light over the oven that would no longer come on and no circuits in the electrical panel were tripped. Strangely, all the items were on the same circuit - probably because they were located close to each other although on two different floors. Ardell diagnosed the problem as an and quot;openand quot; where the wires would touch and complete the circuit sometimes which explained why the items would work sometimes and not work at all other times - there was no rhyme or reason as to when they would come on.
The next day Ardell arrived again at 9am and proceeded to move the bathroom outlet and bathroom lights to their own new circuit and he moved the dining room chandelier and the oven hood to its own new circuit. The master bedroom had a mini-refrigerator and a microwave which would usually blow the fuse if used at the same time. Ardell installed a new 20-amp circuit for the refrigerator and the microwave. All the new circuits required him to fish new wires thru the walls down to the basement to the electrical panel.
Ardell's work was very professional and there was no debris left behind. Everything he replaced or installed works perfectly - I have had absolutely no problems at all with his work. I would highly recommend him!!
