This so called property manager Tami, at 3551 California St. St. Louis, MO is a complete liar and a fraud. I was promised many times that she would provide material to improve the unit and she didn't. It took two months to get running water in the kitchen sink. The ceiling in the kitchen began to fall last winter. Nine months go by of broken promises of getting a fixed roof. I was told if I wasn't happy I should "just move". I come home to find a letter on my tapped on my bedroom door on September 6th, 2017. It was an eviction noticed dated September 1st. I was to evacuate the property in seven days of the 1st of September. I will be going to the City of St. Louis and St. Louis Health Department to fill formal complaints. This so called property manager Tami was unprofessional from the beginning. I never received any receipts for any payment of rent or utilities. She insisted of doing business via text. I was also threatened if I turn her in to the city that I would be evicted. I was called many hateful and derogatory names; on top of the verbal abuse.
