Real Estate Service
Used this agent to try and buy a home and the agent lied about upgrades to the home, didn't supply us with a disclosure until months into the negotiating and didn't take our offers to the seller as required. This agent also contacted the bank and appraiser to try and get them to change their figures so he could get a higher price so he could get a higher commission. Worked with this agent for 11 months and finally had enough and walked away due to frustration.
