Contractor received final installment from construction loan in APR 2008, and left that same week and never returned, leaving construction debris in yard, and unfinished work. Unfinished items: -Basement windows (one has a piece of plywood stuck in empty hole), -Gutters, -Countertop trim After several letters, calls, and help from my attorney the gutters were finally installed by a sub-contractor. Todd Brashear, owner; assured me he would be back to finish the windows before the end of NOV 2008. It is now JULY 2009 and contractor Todd Brashear has still not finished the job: No basement windows or countertop trim. Contractor Todd Brashear also did not take adequate steps to protect security of my home. Two antique heirloom rifles were stolen during the construction.
Description of Work: In APR 2007 we contracted Todd Brashear of Brashear Construction to do a complete gut/remodel/ addition to out home. Construction started JULY 2007 and all went well until APRIL 2008 when he received the final installment from our construction loan. He then abandoned the job site without completing the job per his contract.
