Central Paving & Sealcoating

Called 2 times last year and and never got a return call. Called 3 times this year and got 1 return call and was to be done in June and was never contact to schedule a date. Tried contacting them thru Angi's list and never got a call back.

Great people, phenomenal job! Would definitely use again and suggest to others!

Better than we ever thought possible. Very professional group of men and they all knew what they were doing. It looks very nice now.

Horribly. Bad job to begin with. Mike Parrish came out to look at a few months after it was done and agreed it was a bad job. We were told they could put a coating over it and make it look better. After numerous times we were scheduled to have this done, each time they were a no show with no calls. When they finally did come it was 6 hours later than they told us and we had flash flood warnings. They went ahead and coated it and 2 hours later it poured down and the coating washed away and splashed onto the front of my garage siding and doors. We called them and they said they would recoat it. Again numerous times scheduled and no shows. When they finally showed up it was another time that got rained on. They showed up 6 hours after schedule an the workers said they were at another job first. Needless to say I am done with them and would caution anyone to save yourself grief and do not hire them . Mr Mike Parish is nothing but a liar.

They did an excellent job. Scheduled the work on the day I wanted, professional quality job, cleaned up after their work.

GREAT! They came when they said they would. They provided me with a few different estimates to meet my needs and budget. They were one of the easiest teams to work with. They brought in a bunch of rock, dug in the ground, laid a thick layer of asphalt, and we're done by lunch.

We are extremely impressed with our experience with Central Paving & Sealcoating. Their employees were knowledgeable and professional. They finished the job in a timely manner and stuck to budget. They cleaned up the area upon completion of the job which was also a huge bonus for us. We have a 20,000 square foot lane leading all the way back to our home so we were very thankful when they scheduled around us being out of town so they wouldn't be in our way. We will not hesitate to call them back for additional service in the future and tell our friends about them.

They did five main things I always look for.

Work was very high quality , Justin might be the best young man I have ever seen run a Bobcat

Work came in UNDER the estimate

Work was done in a timely fashion   even in bad weather

The workers were courteous, clean and very safety conscious about everything .

The owner Tim came and made sure I was satisfied at the end of the work, walked the area with me,  shaked my hand and gave me his cell and told me he would be back by month end for the patio. He even volunteered to re roll the drive after it settles since he is coming back for the patio area,

They just do good work. I had some other work done by another company years ago and I would say they are right in the ballpark. I don't think they are too high. They have good equipment. They get the job done.

After showing up several hours later than promised, and too late to complete the work as the sun was setting and temperature dropping into 40s, then not showing up the next day as promised, I had to call to find out what was going on. Again the workers did not showing up at the time promised, but were several hours late, and then the work performed appeared rushed and was very poor quality. The seal coating completely missed a couple large areas of the driveway, the grass was not edged back from the drive leaving the edges of the drive untreated with sealcoating, and I was left with questions about whether some of the cracks that were not filled should have been (to me some of the unfilled cracks looked to be larger than 1/4 inch). I texted pictures to Tim of the work, and he had his employees come back out to completely redo the driveway, and he came out himself to supervise and help. There were many different excuses given by Tim and the employees about the reasons for the poor communication and poor quality of the initial work (previous jobs took longer than expected, worker's partner was at hospital because of sick relative, two employees were new with one that had no sealcoating experience, etc). However the final work completed was A+ quality work and looks almost new again. Received many compliments on the final job, and my neighbors had Central Paving and Sealcoating do their driveway. The company came through and made everything right in the end, and we would most likely call them again when our driveway needs another sealcoating, but we would do so knowing not to expect excellent communication and punctuality.

Set an appointment with provider to provide an estimate and recommendations for whether I needed an entire new asphalt drive or a 2" overlay of asphalt.  I wanted to personally meet with estimator to determine options.  I spoke with estimator who said he was  part owner of the company to set appointment of which I had to take off work. He stated he would be the one meeting with me. No one showed for scheduled appt.  After numerous phone calls back and forth with the company, I finally after 2 hours received a call with the man I spoke with day before (Tim) who said he would be the one providing the estimate and looked forward to meeting with me.  He said he gave the job to someone else who said he did an estimate at the wrong house and left the estimate in the door.  He would not give me the location of this "fabricated" excuse.  He said he would meet with me personally yet that day, but after that fiasco I was not about to give them my business.

Following my call to receive a bid, Tim was at my home within a couple of hours. He appraised the situation and detailed what his company's service included. Then is rained for several days, so the driveway was not completed for a couple of weeks. When the crew arrived, they were very professional and helpful, They answered questions during the process.  Tim also responded quickly to a call to answer more questions following the completion of the driveway. Both he and Central Paving's team were great. Thank you! I referred my neighbors to central paving and they have contacted the company,

The quality was out standing. Very detailed work. Very helpful . We had a driveway that was very neglected. It made our property look clean and beautiful. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. They guarantee their work also.

Our  Neighbors had their driveway paved before us.  It looked awesome.  We called Central Paving the next day. They gave
us a quick estimate and was paving our driveways the next week.  We feel so lucky . They were so friendly and kind.

It looks like they've done a good job. What I didn't like is that the guy gave us an estimate a week-and-a-half ago and he was supposed to come on a Tuesday and they didn't show up. We ended up calling him and left a couple of messages and finally, the owner called us and apologized profusely. He said that he would get somebody out here to get us an estimate. There was a note on our door the next day and the guy said that he would be out within this week and they came today. What irritated me was that we had to call them twice and leave messages and it took several days for them to get back to us. We had made arrangements for our vehicles not to be here so they could do the work but they didn't show up or called us if there was a reason why they couldn't make it.

We called and they were prompt to schedule.  Unfortunately, with the weather, it was delayed but they kept us updated with install date.  The crew showed up early on the day of install and worked like crazy to finish the job.  They were very knowledgeable and helped guide us in creating the perfect drive.  They did an excellent job!
