Our company needed asbestos abatement on a property. We requested bids from multiple companies. Even before we hired Hernandez, the man was calling and texting so frequently I had to turn my phone off for a week! Clearly does not understand the bid process. I should have gone elsewhere at that point. The abatement was started on Monday and on Tuesday, before I'm even notified it's done, I'm getting text messages from another company telling me to zelle my payment for the testing. EXCUSE ME? That is not how businesses work. You inform that the job is completed, send the air quality report to prove it is done correctly, send the invoice, and you receive payment. By 1pm on Wednesday, they had called and texted over 20 times! The air quality people had also been calling and texting non stop! If they are this hard up for business, maybe they ought to stop acting like a clingy ex girlfriend! I will not be engaging their services further. I even sent my partner to remove the keybox as I no longer trusted they would not resort to malfeasance to rush payment.

This company was AWESOME!! I rarely write reviews, but Sabino was great from the beginning to the end. Not only was the price for his service fair, but he was very knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand. His team went above and beyond to make sure that every floor tile and tiny particle was removed. They even picked up the rest of the vinyl flooring that another company left behind. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality service.

Good value for cost. We needed tiles with asbestos removed from under carpet before we put down laminate. He did a good job of removing and cleaning the area.

Sabino and his team did a great job removing asbestos from our old siding. They were priced perfectly based on multiple estimates. They removed everything in 2 days, ordered the enclosed garbage and safely handled all debris. I would highly recommend HEC for all environmental projects.

I like when a contractor teaches me about the work he has to do. Sabino took me step by step through all the regulations and laws. His binder had all his licenses and insurance forms ready for inspection. He obtained all the permits, and waited for the independent inspection revealed the results before leaving. Let me also offer a shoutout to their Office Manager, Lissett, who kept me informed and up to date on the project. We were in an immediate need due to the sale of the house and Hernandez came through wonderfully.

Very efficient and thorough. Great communication. My only minor complaint is the environmental consultant they recommended to verify the work Carey-Ebanks Environmental Group, LLC. They called me and texted me about 10 times for payment in 15 minutes while i was at work. This is not Hernandez's fault though. Hernandez is an excellent company.

I got 3 quotes to remove my asbestos and they were all the same price. I went with Hernandez Environment because they took the time to walk me through the process and had pictures to show me. They came in and got to work. They did a great job at getting rid of it all. They cleaned up after them selves. Stuck around to make sure the air was safe. It was a long process but I feel much better with it being gone.
