 + -1 moreMichael came out to clean furnace with in 2 mins he determined that we needed a new furnace. he also inform us he wouldn't shut it off and he wasn't going to clean it because it had to be replace and to my knowledge he never even tested for carbon monoxide leaks but he still charged us for the cleaning he should only had charge us for the replacement filter. I wouldn't advise using this company and hold on to your wallet if you use them
Description of Work: to come out and clean furnace and replace filter on humidifier.
