DOUG WHITE LUMBER INC

I was extremely satisfied with their service and with the results. Their work ethic was good. Their customer service was good. They provided free resisters to make it look better. They were inexpensive. It was good quality work.

A few times Doug White was on time. Most of the time, he did not call when he told us he would call, or stop by when he said he would. White Lumber is overpriced and did a ''bait and switch'' on us. After my husband inspected each door and rejected them, Doug White offered to ''gladly bring a door to your home and have you inspect''. My husband had already done that and his offer was completely off the wall. He also stated that ''most homeowners wouldn't even noticed''. We have since re-ordered doors from Cox Interiors in Belleville who supply a far more superior door at almost half the price. White Lumber also refinished our wood floors and staircase. They did not keep the scheduled start date and completion time. It took 4 weeks as opposed to the 1 week quoted. I would not recommend Doug White Hardwood or Doug White Lumber to anyone.
