Majestic Restoration

The work performed by majestic restoration was very good and their pricing was very reasonable.  I met with Lisa to go over what work I needed and she arrived on time and prepared a quote for me same day.  After the initial meeting I added several services discussed and she provided a new quote and explained all the work to be completed in a very easy to understand manner.
All told I used majestic restoration to remove all evidence of mold and mildew in a house that had a crawlspace.  They also installed foam insulation and a liner in the crawl space.  It's difficult to explain how much they cleaned out the crawl space, it went from having a mud flooring and just covered with bugs and debris to a crawl space that was clean enough that I felt comfortable going under the house.   They did an absolute incredible job! 

One of the technicians wouldn't make eye contact. The techs would go outside and take a break and you wouldn't know if they left or not. I had some things come up missing and I cannot be for sure that this company was involved but I did have a mink coat in a closet and it has now come up missing. I know some things were thrown away due to water damage but this was not one of those items to be thrown away. 

I have a double bed upstairs and the technicians did bring the bed down. They opened the back door to our building while they brought the bed down so they could maneuver it around a corner. 

In another issue the techs painted parts of my wall. There are now little bumps on my wall that were not there originally. They also painted over all nails and screws instead of removing them and applying putty.
