My engine blew up after they did the oil change. They didn't screw the oil filter on correctly causing all the oil to drain. They only offered to pay for the oil change but it caused over $3000 in damage. I then took them to small claims court and the ruling was in my favor, that they were negligent. The court ordered them to pay, but they refused to pay. I have been to court nine times trying to get this settled, but they refuse to do anything. They ignore all the court orders and I can't get them to do anything. I also have no vehicle now to get around. I would hate to see this happen to anyone else.
