 + -1 moreOverall the quality was good to great, the instillation was good (minus the aforementioned roof damage) but the customer service was poor.
Description of Work: Dan's roofing and siding replaced my entire roof for me and did a nice job on the roof. However, I did later find out that the workers damaged one area of the roof where they had gone up and down it, while dragging tools over the shingles. This was the first time I ever dealt with an insurance claim for my home owners policy and Dan's roofing was of very little help. I had to play middleman for the entire job and many of my neighbors, who used other roofer, had the roofers handle all of that. I, and my neighbors, had our roofs replaced after a major wind storm. They also replaced siding on the back of my house for me and this was done very well.
