they did not find my septic tank...charged twice the amount agreed ...left holes in my yard...would not return my calls...i am a disabled veteran and had to pay somebody to repair the damage they did to my yard

He used their special tool and found that it was the tree root. Then they applied a special root killer to prevent growing. He was fast. Overall satisfied, however the price was a little bit high.

First on his bill he said he was here at 11:15 not true my family was here and they didn't leave till noon when he was pulling up, cam in curious , I told him what I needed , he came back with a estimate, I had to have it done I had no water , He said 800 I thought thats high , however I need this done, then every 20 minutes he kept coming back with a issue. Then he broke for lunch in his truck, charging me per hour of course, finally at a almost 5 pm.. he said he couldn't finish the job , he ran to his shop to see if they had parts of course at my cost, he couldn't just call, so he left with my job unfinished and over 1000.00 dollars in his pocket , I wrote a check of course .. I would never recommend this company..

After having 3 other companies come out and look and attempting to work with our home warranty company for two weeks. Justin from Baker and Sons, came out gave me a diagnosis and was able to cap the active leak under the house the first visit.
Baker and Sons understood we needed this fixed fast and rearranged their work load to be able to fix the terrible hodge podge of garden hose, copper and cpvc under the house immediately due to the extensive water damage from a leaking waterline when all the other companies were looking at 1-2 weeks wait.
Every step of the way they consulted and showed photos of what was wrong and then showed photos of the new work they did. Justin provided a detailed line item estimate. The work took 3.5 days to complete and came in on costs except for the additional new faucets I had installed.
Never once did Justin say he could not do what I wanted or that something was too hard and this house was a mess and very hard to fix and update. He was always courteous and kept me informed of his progress and any unexpected obstacles that slowed progress specifically a cement slab that was under part of the house.
All piping and work was done efficiently as could be done and the resulting look was clean and professional.
Baker and Sons keeps their trucks fully stocked for any emergency so they can repair the problem immediately. No excuses or running back and forth to the store for materials and parts.
They did an amazing retrofit on a house almost 100 years old and we now have current up to code copper pipes throughout the house just like a brand new construction. We have new faucets and will have new appliances and will not have to worry that the pipes and drains can accommodate the water needs.
I am a VERY demanding and picky person and Baker and Sons met and exceeded every expectation I had. All questions and concerns were politely and professionally addressed. Before any extra expense was incurred I was called and the options were discussed in detail so I felt all decisions were made by me and I was fully educated and informed about the change.
If you need it done now and you want it done right call Baker and Sons. I am so happy I did and will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

They are expensive, but they are the top rated plumber in the area. I used them before. They were prompt and I didn't have any problems with the work they did. It's just that I think they are a little bit expensive, but from what I've been told, most of the plumbers in this area are expensive. They are very good.

Called Baker and Sons - said they could have someone out to our house that morning. Plumber arrived 20 minutes later, figured out the problem, had the part in his vehicle and had shower operating properly within 1/2 an hour. Checked out our hot water systems and recommended a hot water cylinder replacement in the future. Couldn't ask for better service, price was fair and we'll definitely use them for future issues.

After he left like a day later, it was leaking again and he came back the second time and it was leaking again and finally the third time, he fixed it. We were wondering why these people with very good reputation and had done a lot of plumbing work took 3 times to get it done. He fixed it and it's been okay since then. They were easy to get in contact with and they came right away and they were punctual. He was a pleasant person. He said he was not feeling well so maybe that's the reason it took him longer to find what was wrong. I'd use them again but I'd be tempted to go elsewhere too because of that taking several attempts.

All parts had to be ordered since I wanted specific items. Installation was quick and clean. I have used them before and always good to work with. Actually fun to work with. Kurt is a good guy and will always do whatever he needs to make you satisfied!

Very prompt, had all tools and equipment. Took three hours, time well spent.

The gas line was found leaking the evening after the service and they had to come back to fix it. They were very professional but should of been more careful with something as serious as a gas line.

Plumber who installed water heater would not answer calls for repair.
Second plumber seemed helpful. Took out part to get replacement part. Had me call Reliance to get part ordered.
Reliance was no help at all. Send me an email to flush the water heater. Did send two more emails and the third email....after me telling them how helpful they had been....with and quot;I'm sorryand quot; words.
Third plumber...Baker.....fixed the problem. Came when they said they would....and yes if this water heater continues to cause us problems we will have Baker install another.....not Reliance.

They are extremely professional and always show up on time, if not early. They are very informative about what is wrong. I had a drain sink and they were very informative about how to keep it from clogging up. Their demeanor is good.
