B & D ELECTRIC

We were down to the wire when it came to closing on our new home. We had to get the knob and tube removed before we could insure it. So our realtor gave us the B & D electric and we decided to go ahead and use them. He did his job in about 4 days which we were extremely thrilled about. He got it done right before closing so our insurance was good to go. When we went through the house we noticed somethings that just didn't please us. First he ruined our bathroom door casing without telling us. Even if it was something he HAD to do I expected to be told if there was no other way. He just did not communicate with us about anything. Did what he thought and didn't consult us at all. Then when he centered a couple of the ceiling fans he just left holes where the old ones where. He did come back and fill those. Horribly but they're filled. He said we would come back and sand them down and redo it. Well he didn't and I'd rather he not. Then as we started using the lights and outlets we noticed that the light on our upstairs landing does not work, some outlets don't work, and some outlets are still 2 prong. We called him and told him and he said he would come and check them on a certain day. Well he didn't and we asked what the deal was and he keeps giving us excuses on why he can't get back. Family issues, kids sick. Which are good excuses. But for 3 weeks in a row? I'm sorry it just doesn't seem legit. So here we are over a month later and we still don't have the things that he told us he would fix done, and I'm not sure what I can do about it. I would not reccoment this company to anybody. It's all about the money and no costumer service. Their professionalism sucks.
